AvatarBeats is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create virtual music artist profiles, including generated names, biographies, images, lyrics, and music video concepts. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate creative content based on user inputs.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
  • One person may not maintain more than one account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of the creative prompts and inputs you provide. For AI-generated content (artist profiles, images, lyrics, etc.), you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute the generated content for personal and commercial purposes.

Our Content

The AvatarBeats platform, including its design, code, and branding, remains our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Impersonate real individuals or existing artists without authorization
  • Generate explicit, violent, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized areas
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI is created algorithmically and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your intended use. We do not guarantee that generated content is free from errors, biases, or unintended similarities to existing works. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AVATARBEATS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
